I'm 26 years old and own outright six garden style
condominiums, all bought at seperate times. There are
35 units total in the association. I see a fore coming
opporitunity to buy 5 more units. The amount of sale

months and until today have been a part-timer. I listed an R.V. park in January for
$1.2m and am finding it very challenging to find investors. Your article struck a
chord with me as I do not really know where to look on the Internet for qualified
investors. Can you help? I find that commercial property interests me very much.
I love a challenge and I think this may be my niche in the Real Estate business.
I am very interested in attaining the CCIM designation more than any of the other
